Increase The Number of Results Displayed in Google Searches

Whenever you do a Google search, Google will default to displaying only the first 10 organic results (usually accompanied by numerous ads and other junk). While this is sufficient in most cases, there may be times when you want to view more than just the top 10 without having to keep clicking on ‘Next’. By changing a simple setting, you are able to have Google display up to 100 results per page instead of the measly 10.

Changing the Setting for Google Results Per Page

When looking at the main Google search page, if you look to the far right of the footer at the bottom of the page, you’ll see a link that says ‘Settings’.

Google Homepage Settings

Click this link and then click on ‘Search Settings’ in the menu that displays next.

Next you will be shown a page with a number of search settings, including a ‘Results per page’ section that has a slider. Slide this control to the right to increase the number of search results you want to see per page, up to a maximum of 100.

Hit ‘Save’ and you’re done!
